We are looking for an experienced mothers help/housekeeper to join our lively family and help look after our daughter (7) and son (5).

You will have initiative, be responsible, flexible and trustworthy. You will be creative, sporty (swimmer essential) and have plenty of ideas for entertaining the children (without the use of TV!). Tidiness, enthusiasm and a sense of humour are essential!

You must be a non-smoker. You must also be good at English.

Aside from everyday help with the children you will also be happy to carry out household duties i e. cleaning, ironing, babysitting up to 2 nights (including one at the weekend) and some sole charge child care. We require approximately 25 hours a week and have friends who can offer additional work like baby sitting and cleaning/ironing if you would like.

You will occasionally be required to help out at weekends, if so, days off will be given during the week.

We are very laid back and have a happy home and we will be respectful and considerate to your needs and expect the same from you. We have had a number of au-pairs/home helps before and all remain friends of the family now they have left.

You will have your own double bedroom/shared bathroom/TV/hi-fi/use of wireless family computer/bike etc. Central Edinburgh is less than 15 minutes by bus.

Ideally, you will be able to start from the middle of June 2008 until the end of August 2008. Checkable references are essential. Please email CV, photo and introductory letter. It is unlikely that anyone under 23 will have sufficient experience for the role. We look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Family,
My name is Eliška. I am 17 years old. I haven´t got any brothers or sisters, but I like children. I look after a child for 2 month in Croatia. She was four. I spent with her all days long, because her parents where very bussy. My neighbour have a girl and baby. I go there every Friday. I was at a camp as a instructor for the children between six to eight. I haven´t got peats in our flat, but I have got a dog of my grandmother. She lives next to us and I often walk with my and her dog. I would like to improve my English knownlauges and so I would like to attend an English course if it will be possible. Dance is a hobby of mine. I started when I was four. It in my most favorite hobby. I can rice a horse, swimm, skate, paint, sky, go by bike.
