Live In Au Pair Required For A Young Fun Loving Family

I am looking for a enthusiastic English speaking girl who is self assertive and flexible to help with our busy day to day life. My children are aged 3 and 5 and are both in partime and full time education. Both have are fun, loving and very well behaved. I need someone flexible and who enjoys playing and having fun with them. I work 9am until 3pm most days at home so am looking for someone that can assist with the following:

Help in the mornings with breakfast and getting them dressed, general housework, tidying up after breakfast, loading and unloading dishwasher,
help with laundry, picking up from nursery and school some days which is a short walk away. I will then require some help during dinner and bedtime. I am looking for 5 -6 hours per day 5 - 6 days per week and will require 3 nights of babysitting 2 within the week and 1 at the weekend, either on a Friday or Saturday. I am happy to be flexible according to your studying timetable.

I have had 3 Au pairs in the last 6 years and all have been with me for a minimum of 2 years at a time so we provide a happy fun environment for you to live in. You will be provided with full board and a lovely bedroom with TV, DVD and Computer with INTERNET connection. In addition you will be provided with a good salary. We live in Bushey which is a busy easy accesible town in herts with many young au pairs living here. You are close to London Transport and we have many local collegues specialising in learning English.
