Nanny Great Job Shropshire

Location: North Shropshire Shrewsbury

We are a very busy and active family with three Boys aged 7, 4 and a 4 month old baby. We are looking for a full time nanny for a min of a yearlong commitment and to start ASAP.

We live in the beautiful North Shropshire countryside a 10 min from Shrewsbury, 20 min from Telford, 45 min Birmingham and you can be in London in less than 3 hours.
Our boys are enthusiastic and happy; they have great space to roam around and like people to get involved in their play. They love sport and the outdoors. Mother Swedish and father British. We have two dogs and horses.

Our last nanny left in January after almost 2.5 years with us, we keep in touch and she would be very happy to speak to you about the job.

Live in or live out.

Apart from the obvious task that comes with a nanny job it would also include:
- School /nursery runs
- Some help with ironing.
- Cooking for the children, and sometimes prepare food for the family. We farm and produce a lot of our own vegetables.
- We ride a lot during the autumn / winter and would therefore need you to work with the children some Saturdays. (See below)

The Position requires:
- Bags of Enthusiasm and Flexibility.
- Like to get stuck in and capable of taking initiative.
- You need to be Proactive, Outgoing, Dynamic and have previous Experience in childcare.
- Most of all love to be with children.
- Must be a non-smoker
- Speak good English (Swedish/Spanish is a plus)
- Carry a full driving license and be a very confident driver
- Also be happy to travel with us.

Working hours are 5 days a week usually Monday to Friday but during Autumn/Winter some Saturdays (you would get another weekday off instead), 0800-1700 or 0830-1800, one night a week babysitting and two sleepovers per months.

There are a lot of nannies working in the area and for friends of ours, so a good social life.
It’s plus if you ride and/or is confident around horses.
