Live in Mother's help in Esher

We are a young easy going family looking for a very nice person to help with our children aged 1 year and 3 ½ years. You would ideally speak either French or Croatian fluently (the languages spoken in the house together with English). Children speak fluently English with French and Croatian as a second language.
However, other nationalities would be considered.

I am a part time working mother needing some help for about 8 hours a day ideally morning for 2 hours and later afternoon 6 hours. However, this can be negotiated. Saturday mornings for 3 hours (7 till 10) and 1 babysitting once a week – this can also be negotiated to suit you when needed.

Typical duties will include:
- Playing with the children & taking them to see horse/playground/playgroups
- Helping to prepare and clear away their meals
- Dressing/nappy changing
- Keeping their rooms clean and tidy
- Some housework (we have a regular cleaner but would expect you to help keep the kitchen clean and tidy, load/unload the dishwasher & washing machine, do some family ironing etc.

You would be:
- Speaking fluent French or Croatian
- Have experience of caring for toddlers & children
- Be a non-smoker
- Have checkable references
- Be able to commit to at least 12 months and sign the contract with 1 month notice period either way
- Not allergic on cats, we have 2 lovely Burmese cat
- Be happy not to eat meet in the house, we are a vegetarian family that love animals

We offer you:
- A very private double room with your own bathroom in a completely newly build house on the top floor.
- Provide your own computer/internet access in your room.
- English school with easy reach. We would make sure that you can work around your school hours. We are prepared to pay your school in advance and deduct from your salary if needed.
- Great travel links by bus to Kingston (K3 just in front of the house) & Esher. Trains to London Waterloo in just 30 minutes running every half an hour.
- Free telephone calls within reasonable limits.
- £100 to £150 pw.

Starting either beginning of August/immediately or in beginning of September.
