Live-in nanny, au pair, manny for 3-year-old twins, immediate start

Location: South Hampstead, Nw London

We are a family of three (mum and three-year-old twin boy and girl) looking for a live-in nanny / au pair (male applicants very welcome) to be a part of our family for at least 6 months, but preferably a year or longer.
I am a doctor who works irregular hours, so you would work some weekends (approx 2-3 Saturdays or Sundays a month), with days off during the week. There is some flexibility, as I have other help if you want to attend a special event.

I am home to help with breakfast and bath/bed time most days, and will join you in some activities such as swimming and outings. The children attend nursery five mornings a week, so, after dropping them off, you would have most of the morning free during term time. We are close to Regent’s Park and you would have a pass for the zoo. We have a lovely garden to play in.

Anna and Luke are happy lively children, each with very different personalities. They are fun to be with and it is lovely to see their interaction with each other.

I am looking for a nonsmoking, organized, responsible, professional person, with childcare experience and good spoken English, who loves having fun with children, preferably someone with qualification (but not essential). There would be no cleaning work, other than cleaning up after their meals and keeping their and your rooms clean and tidy. You would prepare healthy meals for the children and occasionally pick up groceries.
You would have a very large bedroom with a TV and piano, and your own shower room.
We live in South Hampstead (NW6), which has excellent public transport, shops, and local facilities (such as the new sports centre at Swiss Cottage).

The salary is negotiable.
