Fantastic live-in au pair plus needed late April start in central London

We are a friendly, approachable, busy family living in a lovely house in London's fashionable Chelsea district, just off the famous Kings Road and within an easy walk of Buckingham Palace, Harrods, Hyde Park and with hundreds of London's best restaurants, bars and shops nearby etc. I am a stay-at-home mother to our gorgeous twin boys who turn 3 in May, and am expecting a new baby in June, whilst my husband works in the financial sector, and we are looking for a truly exceptional au pair plus/nanny to come and live with us and help care for the twins and new baby.

The role will be 6 days a week approximately 7am till 7pm, plus two nights babysitting a week. Duties will involve doing everything that is needed to keep the little ones happy and interested, but will certainly include:
For the twins - loads of playing with our very energetic little guys, taking them for walks in the park, kicking footballs, attending their swimming classes (with me as well) and taking them to their favourite places (which currently include the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum amongst others, but change constantly!), displaying impressive train track building skills and pretending to be a dinosaur!
For the new baby - lots of cuddling and general tiny baby care.
For them all - preparing food and overseeing meal times, doing household laundry and cleaning and keeping the place clean and tidy. I am around most of the time but especially once the new baby comes I would imagine we'd often split up such that one of us has responsibility for the twins and one has the new baby, and occasionally i'll need to leave all 3 with you if I have chores to run/appointments/just need a bit of time out etc! We also have a very cute and friendly cocker spaniel so taking her for walks may be required, so you'll need to be a dog appreciater!

The twins are adorable, happy and highly energetic (as hopefully will be the new baby too) so we need someone with enormous energy and enthusiasm and motivation to come and help me wear them out! It's a full-on busy job and a long day, but usually great fun and very fulfilling. If your idea of a good day is one that involves a long walk in one of London's beautiful parks, throwing yourself around a play area in pursuit of a speeding toddler, some time spent cudding a baby and a lot of time spend positioned at floor level building towers, reading books, decorating cookies and pretending to be a train or a lion then you'll be perfect An upbeat and happy personality is essential, and good tickling skills would be useful! The local area is fantastic socially so when you're off work you are in one of the best places in the world to go and have fun, and our nearest underground station - Sloane Square - is about a 3 minute walk from the house!

In return you will have your own large double bedroom and luxury bathroom, with your own TV, DVD player, access to sky TV and use of the family computer and internet (or wi-fi access in your room if you've got your own laptop), food and board, a great salary for the right candidate, 4 weeks paid holiday a year and other perks. We are looking for someone to start late in April and to be able to commit for ideally at least a year but certainly no less than 6 months. Spoken English must be fluent - ideally a native English speaker (Australian, New Zealander, South African, Canadian, Zimbabwean etc would be great) but if it's not your first language then please only respond if you speak really good English. Applicants from outside of the EU and who don't hold British passports must of course have relevant visas to allow you to work here as an au pair. Candiate must be a non-smoker and previous childcare experience is essential. Checkable references will be required.
