We are an Australian family living in London. We are looking for someone who MUST have experience looking after young children and who, above all else, enjoys the challenge.

We have three children: A girl aged five, a boy aged three and our youngest girl is almost two. This makes for a very busy household. The five year old attends school 8.30 - 3.30pm every day, our boy is at school 9am - 12pm Monday to Wednesday and our two year old is just a gorgeous little demanding bundle of laughs!

My (mum) work hours are long - 8am-8-9pm so I'm not home a lot. My husband is home a lot but spends most of his time shopping and preparing meals and running around taking care of other administrative stuff for the family. We also have a housekeeper who comes one full day a week.

You will generally be required to work 8am-6pm. You'll have your own room and ensuite in the house with your own television. Weekends will be free except on the rare, pre-arranged occasions when my husband and I are both away. You will be required to babysit one or two nights a week otherwise we are very aware of granting you your privacy and time out.

The salary range is £150-£250 per week depending on your qualifications and experience. All meals and board including use of the telephone will be provided and you will be required to do a very minimal amount of housework.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate clearly that they have a valid/legal visa with full rights to work in the UK. They will also possess the following qualities / qualifications

* you will be highly organised and good with time management
* you will be friendly and active showing initiative when it comes to fun activities for the kids to do
* you will be firm but fair with discipline maintaining a warm and kind approach
* you will have at least two years experience looking after children in the age group of 2-5
* you will have a
